Book with one author:

Last name, Firstname.  Title of Book.  Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication.  Medium of

          Publication.

Example:

Grisham, John.  A Time to Kill.  New York: Island Books, 1992.  Print.

**Make sure that you indent all the rows except for the first one! 

**Medium of Publication:  This is if the material was a print material or if it was found online.

Book with two or more authors:

Lastname, Firstname, and Firstname Lastname.  Title of Book.  Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of

          Publication.  Medium of Publication.

Example:

Daniel, Eileen L., and Carol Levine.  Taking Sides.   Guilford, Conn.: McGraw-Hill/Dushkin, 2001.  Print.

Two or more books by the same author:

Lastname, Firstname.  Title of Book.  Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of

          Publication.  Medium of Publication.

---.  Title of Book. Place of Publication: Publisher, Year of Publication.  Medium 

          of Publication.
